SEPTA Stats
This used to be the website for SEPTA Stats, a project which pulled
down SEPTA Regional Rail train data.
I sunsetted the site on May 13th, 2026 because it wasn’t getting much
use anymore and the technical complexity of the site just made it not
worth running any longer.
All of the source code is at https://github.com/dmuth/SeptaStats if you’d like to
give a shot standing up the software. Note that the Slim framework for
this site will desperately need to be updated.
All archived train data is
still available on Dropbox.
Other Things I’ve Made
Here are some other things of mine that are still online:
- Diceware - Generate
passwords you can actually remember.
- Splunk Lab - Run
Splunk in a Docker container. It’s what was used as the back end of this
website.
- Dead Simple QR Code
Generator - No ads, signups, or spam. Just QR Codes when you want
them.
- Is SEPTA F*cked? - By
far my most popular project. I have no idea why.
- Is PECO Okay? - Current
and historical electric outage stats in the Philadelphia region, on a
lightweight website.
- FastAPI Httpbin - HTTP
endpoints for testing. Heavily inspired by the original Httpbin project,
with a few ideas of my own added in.
- My Github - My GitHub
account with all of the other things I’ve worked on over the years.
